Seti started in 2001 after a conversation of Mylodon Records' head man Juan Barrenechea, suggesting Claudio Momberg to start a solo career. The idea didn't trigger an immediate action, but it ended up framing a canvas for another vehicle in which Momberg could express his musical ideas without limitations. The core band was assembled, and the solid foundations were met when singer Jaime Scalpello, bass player José Luis Ramos and drummer Eduardo Cuesta were ready to jump in. A wide array of special guests and very talented musicians have contributed to the studio albums, including Marillion's Steve Rothery, and Arena's Clive Nolan and Damian Wilson.
